      What shipping methods are available?

      FC Fabric Studio is responsible for insuring your purchase until it is signed for or received; after this the items becomes your responsibility.


      We use a signed-for delivery service; therefore someone will need to be in to accept your delivery. A card will be left where you can arrange re-delivery or collect from the depot if there is no-one in to sign for the delivery.

      How long will it take to get my order?



      This service arrives in 2-3 working days.  This service covers all of the UK including highlands & islands.




      This service arrives  within 3-5 working days.

      Can I change my delivery address?

      Yes, if you need to change your shipping address please contact our customer service team on as soon as possible. We aim to get all orders out as soon as possible so if your item(s) have already been packed we may not be able to make the requested amendments.

      How do I return a product?

      We try extremely hard to ensure our quality is excellent at all times however if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us and we will issue a refund within 14 days of the purchase date (refunds do not include delivery costs). All packaging, however, must be in place including the swing ticket.


      All you need to do is confirm your return in writing within 7 days from receipt to and ensure your item reaches us within 14 days of purchase date

      How long does it take for my refund to be processed?

      Allow 2-3 days for Accounts to process your refund upon receipt of fabric.


      Your Bank may take 3-7 working days for your refund to show in your account.



      What do I do if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?

      If you have received an incorrect/faulty order please contact us straight away at The order must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase. We will then dispatch a new order for you or offer you a refund.
